I ordered a bunch of expensive parts that were shown as in stock on their website. But no, they were actually not in stock. So they took my money and spammed me with automated emails telling me they can't ship my stuff. They don't reply to emails whatsoever. They never answer their phones. They took my money and have held it for a month, and I can't even cancel my order because they absolutely do not reply at all to dozens of emails and phone calls! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS KIND OF SHOP! You're only helping them make a lot of people very angry and frustrated!!!

Do not recommend. They say the items are on stock, but you never receive a track number for them. All e-mails I sent them were answered with an automatic response, saying they have problems with vendors. Gladly I paid with paypal, and could post a claim there. Wish I had seem the complaints here before purchasing.
Avoid, most likely a scam shop. Ordered a bike. Paid with PayPal. Waited 2 weeks, tried to contact multiple times. Got only generic automated responses. Wrote to PayPal - got back my money.
I ordered a bike workstand at the beginning of may, received it at least 3 weeks later, no answer to enquiries I sent to them. I open the box and the stand is damaged (the box was in perfect shape). The same day I sent a mail asking what to do, 2 weeks after, no news so I opened a claim with Paypal. The seller waited till one day before the claim closed (he has 15 days) to answer and ask me to send back the stand to pay me back. And you know what ? The return shipping costs are for me. So this seller who is unable to answer in a decent delay, send broken objects, ask you to pay for returning the broken objects he sent to you, otherway no refund. It's not honnest. Poor people...
I bought a Giant mountain bike in this store. Everything went well despite the distance and the barrier of the language, the manager always communicate with me. He gave me all the informations I wanted that turned out to be accurate. I am very happy with my purchase at a very interesting price and I advise my compatriots to make the trip. Is it worth it! thanks to this store I could afford a beautiful mountain bike that I could not find in France. the reception was friendly and professional. thank you very much
